OK, So 70's TV isn't supposed to be PD, But the 1973 TV series "Dusty's Trail" has been released on several budget DVD labels such as Payless and Alpha. I've read that it has been released on several $1 DVD labels, Is this a good sign it's PD? Prehaps it isn't THAT unlikely, considering it's an ultra-low budget syndicated TV series that bombed with both viewers and critics. Can somebody confirm it's PD?

Amazing....I looked it up on Amazon and was amazed at how many budget labels have released it. I'd say Yes.....it's gone into public domain.
